Dr. Caroline Teel Shaw is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and native Washingtonian. She spent her childhood on her family’s wheat farm in Eastern Washington. Small-town rodeos, playing outside, and growing things kept her and her sisters busy year-round. Caroline headed west of the mountains to advance her education; completing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Seattle Pacific University and earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington in 2011. Dr. Shaw went on to complete her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Hospital – Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City in 2013. She and her husband were happy to return home to Washington State after 4 years in New York City. 

Regularly volunteering her dental skills in Washington and around the world, Dr. Shaw is an affiliate faculty member at the University of Washington and Volunteer Dentist with Medical Teams International. She has provided care to little patients, lectures to students, and clinical instruction in Dominican Republic, Haiti, Kenya, and Romania.

Dr. Shaw loves being a part of the team at Stellar Kids Dentistry. She is also thankful for the privilege of being a part of familys’ lives and support networks, whether they are celebrating success or facing special challenges in their oral health journey.
