Appointments

We truly appreciate the importance of your time and are committed to getting your kiddo into their scheduled appointment on time. We kindly request that our patients also consider the value of our time. To ensure the smooth flow of our daily schedule, we do reserve the option to reschedule appointments if a patient arrives late. Your understanding in this matter is highly valued and contributes to the efficient operation of our practice.

Adults

To ensure a wonderful and safe experience for all kids at our office, we ask that children are always accompanied by an adult. During the first visit, please have a parent or legal guardian present. For subsequent visits, if someone other than a parent or guardian will be bringing your child, kindly complete a brief permission form indicating their relationship to the child. This ensures everyone’s happiness and security. Thank you for understanding our commitment to your child’s safety and well-being!

Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with our office, that time is reserved for your child. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give our office a minimum of 48 hours notice. If no notice or less than 48 hours notice is given, a $50 fee will be charged.

NOTE: Insurance does not pay for this fee.
