Sonu Lamba, DDS
Dr. Sonu Lamba is a dedicated pediatric dentist and a co-founder of Stellar Kids Dentistry. She completed dental school at New York University earning OKU honors as one of the top students in her graduating class. Later, during her General Practice Residency at Harvard, she had the opportunity to care for sick kids at Children’s Hospital and Mass General. Here she was deeply drawn to care for children and to try to make a positive difference in their lives. During her pediatric dental specialty training at Boston University, Dr. Lamba’s research interests included on-call pediatric dental emergencies and outcomes.
Paul Kahlon, DMD
Dr. Paul Kahlon is a Board Certified pediatric dentist and a co-founder of Stellar Kids Dentistry. After completing dental school at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Kahlon practiced general dentistry for three years in New Jersey. Here he discovered his passion for caring for children and moved to Boston where he completed his pediatric dental specialty training at Boston University. During two years of private practice at one of the top pediatric dental offices in Massachusetts, Dr. Kahlon also taught pediatric dentistry residents at Lutheran Medical Center in Holyoke and at his Alma Mater.
Harlyn Susarla, DMD
Dr. Harlyn K. Susarla is a Board Certified pediatric dentist with an interest in dental public health. After graduating with honors from Wellesley College, she obtained a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University, with a concentration in maternal and child health, which piqued her interest in caring for children. Following this, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Harvard University. While in dental school, she was an ADEA Gies Foundation / American Association for Dental Research Dental Careers Fellow. Harlyn graduated cum laude and received both the Pierre Fauchard Academy Senior Student Undergraduate Certificate of Merit and Roy Orville Greep Award for Excellence in Basic Sciences. She completed residency training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry/University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC).
Bri Butler, DDS
Dr. Bri Butler is passionate about pediatric dentistry. Born and raised in Mukilteo, she is excited to be working in her hometown. She completed both her dental school and pediatric residency at the University of Washington. She discovered her love of pediatric dentistry through her multiple outreach opportunities, including serving as president of Husky Smiles, an organization dedicated to educating children about the importance of oral health. During residency, her research interests included inter-professional education and oral health prevention. She is also active in the Washington State Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Bri enjoys fishing and crabbing, travelling, and spending time with her husband Ian and their dog Lola.
Dr. Bri is available at the Mukilteo office on Fridays.
Caroline Shaw, DDS
Dr. Caroline Shaw is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. A Washington native and graduate of Seattle Pacific University, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and completed specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Hospital and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as affiliate faculty at the University of Washington Pediatric Dentistry residency, attending student clinical instruction. Throughout her training and practice, she has had a focus on prevention of dental disease and taken a special interest in pediatric patients with special health care needs. Dr. Shaw’s passion is ensuring that every child receives specialized, individual attention that promotes life-long dental health.
Ryan Price, DDS
Dr. Ryan Price was born and raised in Mukilteo and is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest. After earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan, Go Blue, he completed his pediatric dental residency at UCLA. His research while at UCLA was focused on caries prevention and risk management. Dr. Price has always enjoyed working with kids… working as a camp counselor in high school, volunteering at youth baseball and swim camps, and learning to treat children in the dental setting. While he’s not fighting sugar buggies, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, two children, Macklin and Hadley, hiking, cycling, and photography.
